Whatever your circumstances, BoldHeartcare designs a care package that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle, not the other way around.

We begin each day the right way. Our carers are there to give you a warm, encouraging start to your morning, helping you get up comfortably, assisting with washing, showering or bathing, supporting you to get dressed, and ensuring you enjoy a nutritious breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.

Throughout the day, our support extends to every aspect of your daily living. We remind or assist you to take your medications at the correct times, and where needed, we can collect or return prescriptions on your behalf from your pharmacy or dispensing GP surgery, giving you and your family complete peace of mind.

Mealtimes are an important part of daily life, and our carers are happy to prepare meals with you or for you, ensuring that what you eat reflects your preferences, dietary needs, and cultural background. We also assist at mealtimes to ensure you are eating well and comfortably.

We understand that everyday tasks like shopping, collecting your pension, doing laundry, or keeping your home clean and tidy can become difficult without the right support. Our carers are here to help, whether that means accompanying you to the shops, helping you write a shopping list, putting groceries away, assisting with laundry and ironing, or simply ensuring your living space remains clean, safe, and comfortable.

At BoldHeartcare, we also recognise that social connection is essential to wellbeing. We actively encourage and support individuals to remain engaged with their communities — whether that means going for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family, going to your place of worship, or participating in clubs and social activities you enjoy. Our Domiciliary Care service is available across Lagos and Abuja, and is open to private individuals and families, government referrals, NGOs, and international organisations.
